1. Paypal charges the receiver of payments an additional fee. Since I am just as inclined to wait for a money order in the mail (which is, in some cases, more expensive than the additional paypal fee), I don't see that I should have to pay these fees.
2. This fee is 3% of the total amount plus an additional $0.30. The costs WITHIN THE U.S. are as follows:

3. INTERNATIONAL PAYPAL USERS, PLEASE NOTE: Paypal has just put into effect a new fee [as of 01 March 02]. Paypal will now charge an additional 1% on all international transactions. So please note that if you choose to pay by Paypal, your additional fee will be 4% of the total amount plus an additional $0.30. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but any complaints should be directed toward Paypal.
4. If a payment is sent to me without additional cost of fees (that is, without having first read these instructions), I will STILL require the additional paypal fee to be sent to me, in addition to the extra 3% plus $0.30 that they will charge on the 2nd payment, before sending the auction item out.
5. If you have any questions, please ask them BEFORE you pay! If there is a problem or misunderstanding, I will refund your money BEFORE I'VE SENT OUT THE ITEMS by using Paypal's new refund option which is valid until 5 DAYS after the payment was sent.
